Our story at The Grandma Project

Discover the heart behind The Grandma Project. Learn about my journey, passion for child development, and how I empower families with supportive and informative resources.

Our inspiration: A place for every family

The Grandma Project was created to be a supportive and empowering resource for parents, grandparents, and caregivers. Here, you will find valuable information on child development, developmental delays, and effective parenting and grandparenting strategies. My goal is to provide a safe space where families can learn and grow together.

Experience that truly matters

With 30 years of professional experience working with children and families, a degree in psychology, and as a mother of grown children and a grandma, I feel that I bring a unique perspective, through real-world experience from the workplace and in my personal life.  In our family, we have a diagnosis of ADHD and autism.  This blend of expertise offers insights you won't find elsewhere.

Empowering families, fostering understanding

Beyond providing information, The Grandma Project aims for visitors to feel that they have found a safe and informative space. My commitment is to offer new insights and guidance on child development, parenting, and grandparenting, empowering you to navigate these journeys with confidence and support.  I believe in building stronger families through knowledge.

"The Grandma Project provides invaluable insights rooted in both professional expertise and genuine personal experience. A truly empowering resource!"
